Belcrest Apartments

The Belcrest is a unique, thirteen-story building across the street from Wayne State University. Built in 1926, originally as a luxury hotel, the Belcrest has since been extensively modernized and renovated.

The Belcrest is truly its' own community. At the Belcrest, you will not find your typical, anonymous, high-rise apartment, living experience. The mix of students, faculty, professional, families, and retirees, have created their own 'neighborhood' within the WSU/Midtown area. Many of our residents have enjoyed living at the Belcrest for over 20 years.
